Terms of service
Last updated: 7 November 2026
These terms are an agreement between you and DELVE DOTS LLC, 30 N Gould St #4953, Sheridan, WY 82801, United States ("Bazm", "we", "us"). They apply when you use getbazm.com, the Bazm app, our API and our integrations with AI assistants (together, the "Service"). If you use the Service for an organisation, you accept these terms for that organisation and confirm you are allowed to do so.
1. Accounts and organisations
- You must be at least 16 and give accurate information when you sign up.
- Each account belongs to an organisation. The organisation's owners decide who joins, which roles and brands each member can access, and are responsible for what members do in the Service.
- Keep your sign-in details secure and tell us at once if you think your account has been misused.
2. Plans, trials and payment
- Paid plans are billed in advance through Stripe, monthly or yearly, and renew automatically until cancelled. Prices, limits and included AI usage are shown when you choose a plan.
- When a free trial ends, the organisation moves to a paid plan only if a payment method has been added.
- You can cancel at any time; the plan stays active until the end of the paid period. Except where the law requires otherwise, payments are not refundable.
- We will give at least 30 days' notice of any price increase for an existing subscription.
3. Connected platforms
The Service connects to social media and advertising platforms such as Meta, LinkedIn, TikTok, X and Google. We are not affiliated with or endorsed by them. When you connect an account, you confirm you are allowed to manage it, and you remain bound by that platform's terms and policies. Platforms can change or withdraw their APIs at any time, which may limit what the Service can do, and we are not responsible for their availability or their actions on your accounts.
4. Your content
You keep ownership of everything you upload, create or connect ("Your Content"). You give us a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free licence to host, copy, process, transmit and display Your Content only as needed to provide the Service, including publishing it to the accounts you choose. You are responsible for having the rights to Your Content and for what is published from your accounts.
5. AI features and automations
- AI features suggest content, replies, analysis and actions. AI output can be inaccurate or inappropriate, so review it before you publish or rely on it. As between you and us, you own the output generated for you.
- You decide which actions run automatically and which need approval. Actions that are set to need approval are not carried out until someone with permission approves them. Changes to advertising budgets or bids made through the Service always need approval.
- You are responsible for actions taken under the automations and approvals you configure, and for advertising spend on your ad accounts, which the advertising platform bills directly.
6. Acceptable use
You must not use the Service to:
- send spam, run fake accounts or artificially inflate engagement;
- publish unlawful, deceptive, harassing, hateful or infringing content;
- break the terms or policies of any connected platform;
- collect people's personal data without a lawful basis;
- probe, overload or disrupt the Service, or bypass its limits or security;
- copy, resell or reverse engineer the Service, except where the law allows it.
We may remove content or suspend access that breaks these rules, and will tell you why unless the law prevents it.
7. Our service
- We own the Service, including its software, design and documentation. These terms give you a right to use it, not ownership of it.
- We work to keep the Service available and secure, and may change or improve features over time. We will give reasonable notice before removing a feature you rely on.
- If you send us feedback, we may use it without obligation to you.
8. Privacy
Our privacy policy explains how we handle personal data. Where we process personal data on your behalf, we do so only on your instructions to provide the Service.
9. Ending the agreement
- You can stop using the Service and delete your organisation at any time.
- We may suspend or end your access if you seriously or repeatedly break these terms, if you do not pay, or if the law requires it. Where possible, we will warn you first and let you export your data.
- After an organisation is deleted, its data is deleted as described in the privacy policy.
10. Disclaimers
The Service is provided "as is" and "as available". To the extent the law allows, we disclaim all warranties, including merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. We do not promise any particular results, such as reach, engagement or sales.
11. Limitation of liability
To the extent the law allows, we are not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential or punitive damages, or for lost profits, revenue, data or goodwill. Our total liability for any claim relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amount you paid us in the 12 months before the claim and 100 US dollars. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.
12. Indemnity
You will defend and compensate us against third-party claims arising from Your Content, your use of connected accounts, or your breach of these terms.
13. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Wyoming, without regard to its conflict-of-law rules, and disputes will be heard by its courts. If you are a consumer, you keep any protections the law of your country gives you.
14. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. If a change is material, we will tell account owners at least 30 days before it takes effect. Continuing to use the Service after that means you accept the new terms.
